Store-bought computers use lower quality parts

When a company mass-produces computers, the parts they use are built by the lowest bidder. This means the components are non-name brand, and built out of cheap components. They do not perform as well as name brand parts and are more prone to failures. I build computer with only the best quality parts.

 Store-bought computers are mass produced

When you have me build a computer, it will be hand built and extensively tested by me, a certified technician. The computer will be burn-in tested and double and triple checked for quality and stability. When you purchase a mass produced store bought system, you don't get a fully tested, hand built computer. Working on the Squad, I have seen my fair share of defective computers strait out of the box.

 You still get a warranty with a custom computer

When you have me build you a system, the system parts will all be brand new, and fully under warranty. Often times the parts' manufacturer warranty will be better and longer than a store-bought computer's. Not only than, but a store-bought computer's manufacturer will make you pay for shipping on the whole thing to have one small part replaced. Shipping on a desktop computer isn't cheap!
